3. Support Daily Cash & Loan Operations
Manage daily cash flows and loan funding activities, including final fundings, payoffs, and warehouse interest payments.
Partner with lending operations and capital markets teams to ensure accurate, timely funding.
Monitor account activity and proactively flag any unusual or missing transactions.
4. General Accounting & Compliance
Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
Support audit and regulatory compliance by preparing documentation, schedules, and reconciliations as needed.
Ensure continuous compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls. Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports as required.

Support the Controller and Operations team with additional lending, servicing, or administrative projects as needed
Assist with process documentation, workflow improvements, and system updates to enhance efficiency and scalability
Provide reporting and data analysis support related to loans
Step in to support adjacent operational functions during periods of high volume or team growth
